This Position reports to: Engineering Manager The work model for the role is: Onsite This role is contributing to the Robotics, Industries BL Electronics in Auburn Hills, MI US.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
5+ years of experience in industrial automation or electrical control systems.
Desire to work with Automation and control systems in the Electronics market.
Proficient in electrical schematic design.
Willingness to travel for up to 50% as required.
Demonstrates flexibility and openness to working in diverse, multicultural environments

Responsibilities

Electrical system design: Design overall architecture of electrical control systems, and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOM.
PLC-Based Control Development: Develop and debug PLC programs, and design control logic, motion control, and communication protocols.
PC-Based Control Systems: Develop PC-based control software, and implement real-time data acquisition and control.
HMI & Supervisory Systems: Design and develop HMI interfaces, and configure SCADA systems.
Commissioning & Support: Participate in on-site installation and commissioning, and troubleshoot and provide technical support.
