Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience troubleshooting, programming along with preventative maintenance of electrical control systems.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience troubleshooting, maintaining pump and electrical motors.
• Able to lift, move, and carry 50lbs unaided.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical control system malfunctions in pump systems, electric motors, Single and 3 phase AC/DC motors & controls.
• Analyze circuitry, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), and other control components to identify and resolve issues.
• Install and set up new electrical control systems for motors and pumps.
• Program and configure PLCs and VFDs to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for electrical control systems.
• Perform regular inspections and tests to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Provide technical support to customers regarding control system operation and troubleshooting.
• Assist customers in optimizing the performance of their motor and pump systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards during installations and repairs.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
