About The Position
Dynamic Controls Inc., a growing systems integration and energy solutions provider, is seeking a talented Controls Design Engineer to support BAS projects throughout the Denver metro area. With more than 30 years of industry experience and multiple offices nationwide, this firm offers long-term stability, career advancement, and flexible work options. The role includes 1–2 remote days per week and is ideal for junior to mid-level engineers (Schneider Rep candidates are not eligible).
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Controls Design Engineer or similar engineering role
- Solid understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Experience using AutoCAD or Microsoft Visio
- Strong ability to develop Sequences of Operation and system layout documents
- Comfortable conducting on-site walkthroughs and coordinating with field personnel
- Capable of preparing detailed automation submittals and design documentation
Responsibilities
- Design and develop BAS system schematics, sequences, and control layouts
- Produce control drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD or MS Visio
- Work with engineering teams and project managers to deliver complete design packages
- Perform site visits for evaluation, verification, and design coordination
- Assist senior engineers with integration tasks and ongoing project requirements
