Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in control systems, automation, or transformer technologies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, CREO, and E3; experience with Windchill or PLM software is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with panel design, wiring schematics, and control cabinet troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SCADA, IEC 61850, and motor drive programming.
• Knowledge of industry standards and engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate electrical systems, wiring schematics, and logic for transformer controls.
• Prepare technical documentation including specifications, BOMs, panel layouts, and assembly drawings.
• Lead investigations into technical issues and develop actionable solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements and contribute to product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex challenges.
• Drive initiatives that improve operations and elevate customer experience.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
