Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED
  • Journeyman card or 4+ years relevant electrical troubleshooting/repair experience (military experience accepted)
  • Demonstrated PLC / relay / ladder logic troubleshooting experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude + organized, logical troubleshooting mindset
  • Demonstrated Lock Out Tag Out experience
  • Solid communication skills (verbal + written)
  • PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability + drive to learn quickly and self-direct
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs; ability to stand/walk/climb/squat for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
  • Commitment to working inclusively with diverse teams

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in Applied Science / Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Automated systems troubleshooting experience
  • Experience in aseptic processes
  • Current Journeyman Electrician license/certification

Responsibilities

  • Perform PM / predictive maintenance and repairs to keep equipment running at or above target efficiency
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical / electronic control issues (PLC, relays, ladder logic, controls)
  • Use electrical / diagnostic test equipment (oscilloscopes, megohmmeters, multi-meters, signal generators, etc.)
  • Read, interpret, and work from ladder logic and prints/drawings
  • Work across electrical + mechanical + pneumatic + hydraulic systems
  • Accurately document work in CMMS (PM, emergency repair, modifications)
  • Support production needs with occasional overtime / weekends / on-call
