Requirements

Level of studies: Master's degree in finance, accounting, Controlling fields or equivalent.
Experience: 4 years of experience in similar area (Industrial area is preferable).
Languages: Fluent in English. (Good knowledge in accounting and finance)

Responsibilities

Daily follow up of main KPIs : Production Mhs , Sales , Stock level , HC
Daily check of actual impact on P&L : HC, PPV , Stock reval , Small tools , Material Master data...
Management requests.
PL analysis and check posting with accounting team.
Report the deviation analysis vs FCT and Budget with management.
Respect budget preparation process and deadlines.
Analyzing the discrepancies between the actual and budget data.
Analyzing the results at each month end and share it with BU.
Share with YC controlling team all needed data and analysis.
Collect data needed for Forecast preparation
Analyze figures and adjust accordingly
Approve Forecast result with Plant Manager
Forecast submission
Prepare report of deviation between forecast and budget and previous forecast
Collect all needed data from other departement, consolidate, Analyze and confirm the PCC with plant manager.
Prepare with management team the MTP yearly.
Preparation of requested reports from Management / Plant / BU.
