At CD PROJEKT RED, we build revolutionary story‑driven RPGs and we believe our financial insight helps power them. We're looking for a Controlling Specialist to join our North America team in Boston. You'll help define how we plan, track and understand our financial performance across the US and Canada - enabling teams to make smart business decisions. You'll work with budgets, forecasts and reports to ensure our numbers tell a clear story. You'll also partner closely with production, marketing and back‑office teams to turn those insights into real business impact. If you're an experienced finance professional who enjoys solving challenges, improving processes and cross‑department collaboration, this could be your place.

  • Own the numbers: prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts and financial reports for North America operations.
  • Keep us aligned: monitor spending vs budget, highlight variances and provide insights to help teams stay on track.
  • Partner with others: collaborate with Back‑office, Development and Publishing teams to ensure costs are recorded accurately and against appropriate budgets.
  • Visualize outcomes: build and maintain dashboards and reports to make complex data easy to understand using Power BI, Google tools or equivalents.
  • Improve how we work: identify opportunities to simplify or automate processes, and help bring those ideas to life.
  • Support tool‑enhancements: assist with integration of financial systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics to streamline reporting.
  • Coordinate globally: work with finance and back‑office teams in Poland to ensure consistency and transparency across the board.
  • Jump into projects: take on ad‑hoc analysis, modelling and special projects that inform decision‑making at multiple levels.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
  • 3‑5 years' experience in financial planning, analysis or controlling. Experience in the game development, tech or entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills; experience with Power BI or similar data‑visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent financial systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to turn numbers into clear insights.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills - you'll be working across departments, time‑zones and cultural backgrounds.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic and evolving environment; focus and adaptability are key.
  • Experience in the game development, tech or entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Company-paid medical healthcare (dental, vision, and mental).
  • Free mental health support, including access to counseling, psychiatric care, and a variety of well-being webinars.
  • Paid leave - 20 days of holiday per year (26 days after two years).
  • 401K with employer matching.
  • Gym Membership Reimbursement.
  • Menstrual leave - employees who menstruate can take one extra day off when experiencing period pain.
  • RED Parents Network - support for working parents, including childcare benefits, and family-friendly events.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Trainings, lectures, and courses - internal workshops, knowledge-sharing initiatives, online tutorials, and e-learning classes are all available.
  • A welcome pack filled with goodies - to help you feel right at home once you join the team.
  • Dog-friendly office - bring your pooch with you and look after them while working! There's always a furry friend or two to meet.
  • Truly international working environment - a chance to meet and work with a diverse selection of people from all around the world.
  • No dress-code - we like to keep it casual.
