Position Summary: Directs and supervises complete accounting system and financial function for the company and partner companies.

  • 5 or more years of accounting experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management and analysis principles.
  • Must possess a Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Prolonged sitting at a desk.
  • Prolonged standing and walking based on given daily assigned duties.
  • Prolonged use of a computer.
  • Prolonged keyboarding.
  • Prolonged typing.
  • Some bending.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • Healthcare accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and approves company expenses as designated and in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Prepares financial reports as required.
  • Completes annual financial and capital budgets.
  • Review financial reports daily where needed, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and weekly forecast status.
  • Completes periodic financial package for executive team review.
  • Completes periodic financial forecasts.
  • Provides financial data and reporting as requested by the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizes, plans, and manages time effectively to complete assignments.
  • Maintains compliance in all areas of financial responsibility.
  • Other duties as assigned.
