About The Position

Drive financial excellence behind the scenes at the forefront of sports and entertainment. As the Controller at FedEx Forum, you will lead all financial operations for the venue, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and alignment with corporate strategy. You'll be the financial partner to leadership teams, providing insights that drive performance and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial leadership roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems
• Experience with GAAP compliance and multi-unit reporting

Nice To Haves

• CPA or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and year-end close processes
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Lead internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
• Partner with operational leaders to evaluate financial performance
• Support audits and ensure adherence to company standards
• Develop and coach venue accounting team
