Onefire Holding Company, located in Jenks, OK, is seeking a hands-on Controller who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-entity environment and wants to play a meaningful role in driving operational accountability. This is not a back-office role - you'll partner directly with leadership to ensure financial clarity, cash discipline, and strong asset performance across a diverse real estate and operating portfolio. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Multi-entity and consolidation experience
- Background in commercial real estate, hospitality, or multi-location operations preferred
- Strong analytical skills paired with an operational mindset
- Experience building or improving accounting infrastructure in a growing organization
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working in financial systems or ERPs
- Ability to translate financial data into clear guidance for non-finance leaders

- Experience with mixed-use assets, event-driven revenue models, or commercial tenant receivables
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Oversee GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, and payroll coordination
- Monitor rent collections, tenant receivables, and cash flow
- Provide clear reporting on NOI, EBITDA, and property performance
- Support annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Maintain internal controls and strengthen financial processes
- Assist with lender reporting, audits, and tax coordination
- Partner with GMs and property leaders on cost control and operational performance
- Drive process improvements that increase reporting accuracy and shorten close timelines
- Develop KPI dashboards and financial insights that support strategic decision-making
- Evaluate systems and workflows to improve scalability across entities
