About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
  • 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Multi-entity and consolidation experience
  • Background in commercial real estate, hospitality, or multi-location operations preferred
  • Strong analytical skills paired with an operational mindset
  • Experience building or improving accounting infrastructure in a growing organization
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working in financial systems or ERPs
  • Ability to translate financial data into clear guidance for non-finance leaders

  • Experience with mixed-use assets, event-driven revenue models, or commercial tenant receivables

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  • Oversee GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, and payroll coordination
  • Monitor rent collections, tenant receivables, and cash flow
  • Provide clear reporting on NOI, EBITDA, and property performance
  • Support annual budgets and rolling forecasts
  • Maintain internal controls and strengthen financial processes
  • Assist with lender reporting, audits, and tax coordination
  • Partner with GMs and property leaders on cost control and operational performance
  • Drive process improvements that increase reporting accuracy and shorten close timelines
  • Develop KPI dashboards and financial insights that support strategic decision-making
  • Evaluate systems and workflows to improve scalability across entities
