About The Position

Responsibilities: Oversee site financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS and company policies. Lead site budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in partnership with operations leadership. Manage working capital (AR, AP, inventory), cash flow, and related controls and reporting. Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements, variances, trends, and KPIs. Provide actionable financial insights to support operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making. Analyze manufacturing efficiency and cost variances; recommend and track corrective actions. Ensure accuracy of standard costs, including BOMs, item costs, overhead allocation, and manufacturing methods. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, credit, and operational risks. Support business strategy through investment evaluation, scenario modeling, capital allocation, and cost modeling. Coordinate internal and external audits, tax compliance (property, sales, and use), and timely issue resolution. Safeguard company assets through fraud prevention and effective financial controls. Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, HR, and site leadership to drive profitable growth and process excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance. Advance degree or CPA certification preferred. 8 to 10 years of progressive accounting/financial experience including 5+ manufacturing environment. Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point. Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, lookups, analytics, effective model building). Strong ERP system experience - SAP/S4Hanna/ECC Financial software preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information, change initiatives and ideas to diverse audiences. High level of customer focused. Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP / IFRS and financial reporting matters Big 4 CPA firm experience is preferred. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
  • 8 to 10 years of progressive accounting/financial experience including 5+ manufacturing environment.
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point.
