About The Position

This is a promotable, hybrid role ideal for an Austin‑based finance professional who wants to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on accounting in a stable, expanding industry.

Requirements

• CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience (public accounting preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and Excel skills
• Detail‑oriented, professional, and collaborative
• Ability to manage priorities independently and meet deadlines
• Interest in upward mobility and long‑term growth

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, reports)
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy
• Conduct and support internal and external audits
• Partner cross‑functionally to strengthen financial controls and processes
• Work closely with executive leadership, reporting directly to the CFO
