Spotlight Events, Inc. is seeking a multi-talented Controller/Internal Operations Manager to join our Leadership Team. This full-time, exempt position reports to the Integrator/Chief Operating Officer and is based in Eagle, Idaho. The ideal candidate will thrive in a people-centric, fast-paced environment and will be responsible for managing the Internal Operations Department, which includes accounting and human resources functions. The position requires a high degree of accounting and finance knowledge, as well as human resources oversight. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to motivate and lead a team, and a passion for serving the dance community. The position offers a competitive salary range of $105,000-$120,000 base compensation, with total cash compensation potentially reaching $145,000, depending on experience.
