We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller/HR Manager to manage all aspects of financial management and Human Resource practices and processes. Financial management includes but is not limited to corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, forecast preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures, and financial risk management. HR management includes but is not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, payroll, and benefits management. The Controller/HR Manager will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a busy, entrepreneurial environment and is well-versed in working closely with senior management.
