Job Summary: Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) services include full-service CFO Advisory Services, Controller, Bookkeeping, Vendor bill processing and payment, Customer invoicing, Payroll processing and tax reporting, and Sales tax preparation. Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting with 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communicator
  • Must have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage responsibilities of assigned CAAS transactional staff
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all transaction processing performed by CAAS transaction staff
  • Perform monthly accounting reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts for assigned clients
  • Manage month-end close for assigned clients
  • Assist with development of financial budgets
  • Prepare and analyze financial reporting
  • Assist in preparing proposals for CAAS services
  • Participate in marketing events
