About The Position
Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC) is a national leader in providing outsourced accounting services to nonprofit organizations. In this role, you will serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple nonprofit clients, transforming their financial departments to help them meet their mission. You will be responsible for financial reporting for management and Board decision-making, recommending and implementing improvements to accounting operations, internal controls, and compliance policies. Your role will also include transactional activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close. Additionally, you will engage in analysis and data visualization, budgeting and forecasting, grant management, and prepare for and manage annual audits. We are looking for a dedicated, personable, hands-on Controller who is comfortable working with multiple clients both virtually and on-site. You will interact regularly with clients, their staff, Board of Directors, and Finance Committees, providing transformative accounting services and guidance.
