About The Position

As a Control Tower Analyst, you will help power one of the world's largest pork producers by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will lead enhancements to our PowerBI dashboards, track strategic initiatives, and collaborate across departments to ensure supply chain opportunities are captured and executed. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
• Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced level knowledge of Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.
• Ability to adjust communication style based upon varying levels of audiences you will encounter.
• Strong interpersonal and technical skills.
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Key Metrics: Track and analyze supply chain performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead updates and improvements to visual dashboards, ensuring accurate and actionable data is available.
• Evaluate proposed opportunities by estimating potential cost savings and operational impact.
• Assist in preparing and executing Control Tower meetings, ensuring alignment and follow-through.
• Monitor progress on action items assigned to supply chain stakeholders and ensure timely completion.
• Work closely with Supply Chain Finance to validate and track completed opportunities and their financial impact.
• Support the execution of initiatives that improve supply chain efficiency and reduce risk.
• Embrace and promote change, helping to align teams with the Control Tower's vision and goals.
• Contribute to additional projects as assigned, bringing analytical rigor and a proactive mindset.
