About The Position

The Control State Sales Representative at RNDC is responsible for advancing and securing sales within an assigned territory. This role involves promoting and selling the company's products, securing new accounts, and servicing existing accounts to meet sales targets. The representative will engage with customers, assess their needs, and provide appropriate product recommendations while also handling merchandising activities and customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current, valid state driver's license.
• Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company.
• Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License, as required by the state.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the organization's products within an assigned geographic area.
• Secure new accounts and service existing accounts to meet sales targets.
• Pursue sales leads and personally visit existing and new customers.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Prepare price quotes, delivery dates, and service obligations to meet revenue targets.
• Develop sales skills and knowledge of the organization's products and services by working closely with experienced sales representatives.
• Troubleshoot and handle customer-related inquiries.
• Perform merchandising activities including stocking shelves and building displays.
• Work nights and weekends on promotional activities and account servicing.
