About The Position

The Control Room Security Officer - Access Control position is part of our Security Team, dedicated to making the world a safer place. This role involves observing and reporting activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel. Security Officers will actively monitor the premises, patrol various locations, and provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers. The position offers growth opportunities within the company and requires passing a drug screen and background check.

Requirements

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods.
• Ability to climb stairs and walk on uneven terrain.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, food service, or hospitality industry is a plus.
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
