About The Position

The Control Room Security Officer - Access Control position is part of our Security Team, dedicated to making the world a safer place. This role involves observing and reporting activities and incidents at assigned client sites, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel. Security Officers will actively monitor premises, patrol various locations, and provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with no prior experience necessary, as training will be provided.

Requirements

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
• Ability to frequently sit, stand, and walk for long periods.
• Ability to climb stairs and walk on uneven terrain.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

• Experience in retail, food service, or hospitality industry.
