About The Position

We are seeking a Control Room Operator in Reidsville, NC! How will you play an integral role? Monitor and control Bottle Processing washline processes (prewash, grinding, washing, drying, blending, bagging, and filtration) to ensure all operations remain within established control limits Make timely, data-driven adjustments to process parameters to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety standards Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process deviations using strong critical thinking, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills Proactively report out-of-control conditions to management and document issues to support continuous improvement Provide real-time process feedback to managers to ensure standard operating conditions are maintained Utilize strong math and computer skills to analyze system data, interpret trends, and support informed operational decisions Manage multiple processes simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to time-sensitive priorities Support operational reliability through consistent attendance, effective communication, and collaboration across teams

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, or process-driven environment preferred
  • Prior experience operating or monitoring automated systems preferred
  • Experience working with mechanical systems, troubleshooting equipment, or supporting process operations
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting process data, following standard operating procedures, and maintaining control limits
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, multi-process environments while maintaining accuracy, safety, and quality standards
