About The Position

Control Room Operator – Full Time – Hillsboro, OR Wage: $21.00/HR Available Schedule: Friday - Tuesday 6am-2pm Join Our Team & Apply Today! Our elite team always creates a safe and secure environment by deterring, observing, and reporting. What You Can Expect: Conflict resolution and de-escalation. Perform access control at security entrances / exits. Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Provide detailed written reports. Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
  • High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
  • Strong computer / technology skills needed.
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
  • Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
  • Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
  • All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer Service background preferred.
  • Security, Emergency Response or Military experience a plus!!
