Control Room Officer (CRO) Control Room Officer Positions are Full Time Must have excellent Customer Service skills Positions require you pass our drug screen and background check Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Control Room Officer CRO's observes and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Requirements

Must have excellent Customer Service skills
Positions require you pass our drug screen and background check
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Control Room Officer
Previous CCTV, alarm monitoring, and dispatching experience
2-3 years of data center security experience
2-3 years of control room operator experience
Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
Additional physical requirements of the officer may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

CRO's observes and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
Provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
