The Control & Reporting Analyst in Financial Reporting is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of both the banking process and key financial accounts for Frito-Lay US.

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree or greater
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly & maintain flexibility with regard to ad-hoc projects, revisions to areas of responsibility and organizational change
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • CPA
  • SAP experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • The Analyst performs general ledger account reconciliations, investigates banking discrepancies, and manages various government reporting responsibilities.
  • This role works closely with the financial reporting and accounts payable groups to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
  • The Analyst role is also responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements, as well as the implementation of new business analytic tools.
  • In addition, this role ensures compliance with SOX and PepsiCo accounting policies.

Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
