About The Position

AeroSpec is hiring a Control Panel Builder to support the production of standardized industrial control panels in a clean, organized environment. This role involves building and wiring industrial control panels to established standards, following clear schematics, layouts, and work instructions. The individual will perform quality checks and testing to ensure consistency and reliability, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and work independently while meeting daily production goals. This is focused work, ideal for someone who values consistency and efficiency. AeroSpec is a leader in the design and manufacturing of automated systems and industrial control panels, with its panel division producing high-quality UL 508A panels used across multiple industries.

Requirements

• 1+ year of panel wiring or electrical assembly experience
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing clean, accurate work
• Ability to stay focused and productive
