About The Position

Control Panel Builder – Build Advanced Automation Systems
Looking for hands-on work where you can build, wire, and troubleshoot real machines, not just repeat the same task every day?
AeroSpec is hiring a Control Panel Builder to support the build and integration of custom automation systems across industries like aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of panel wiring or industrial electrical experience
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
• Strong electrical fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using hand tools and electrical test equipment

Nice To Haves

• UL 508A or NEC familiarity
• Exposure to controls systems or basic programming

Responsibilities

• Build and wire industrial control panels from schematics
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and final inspections (UL508A)
• Install conduit, pull wire, and wire equipment on machines
• Support machine integration and system commissioning
• Work with engineers and technicians on custom, one-off builds
• Occasional field support for installs and upgrades
