We are seeking a Control Management Consultant to support our client's marketing execution process related to operational risk and controls. The Control Management Consultant will join a marketing team supporting consumer marketing activities, advising marketing partners on how to balance business growth objectives while maintaining a robust control environment. This role sits within a marketing services organization and is part of a team of operational risk professionals supporting end-to-end marketing communications. The team manages enterprise-mandated requirements related to operational risk frameworks, marketing governance processes, and audit readiness, and owns the comprehensive assessment of marketing and related supporting processes. This individual will support first line of defense operational risk activities for consumer marketing initiatives. The role involves close partnership with teams responsible for customer acquisition across multiple channels, including email, paid search, media, phone, web, organic search, digital, and direct mail.
