The Control Desk Specialist is responsible for sending for patients, scheduling and posting add-on/emergent cases, serving as an administrative resource including responding to multiple internal and external calls. Ensures that all contacts with patients, staff, physicians, and all customers are conducted in a professional, courteous, helpful and considerate manner.
