About The Position

A Control Center Operator is responsible for monitoring and coordinating electric system operations, dispatching field crews, and maintaining accurate logs. Operates SCADA systems, documents outages, ensures compliance with regulations, and supports emergency procedures. Acts as the communication link between control center and field personnel to maintain reliable service. Effective communication, critical thinking, organization, and in-person presence at TCEC headquarters/territory are essential.
