Requirements

• Two (2) years of security operation center experience.
• Two (2) years of experience working in law enforcement or 911 dispatch.
• Three (3) years of experience working in a call center.
• Five (5) years of experience working in customer service.
• Possess a DD214 with 2 years service minimum in command center or GSOC environment.
• Associates degree in Criminal Justice, Computer Science, Homeland Security, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor station specific alarms and events.
• Assist in day-to-day operational needs such as training new operators and maintaining contact lists.
• Conduct security equipment checks.
• Assess alarms and determine appropriate responses using computer software and security tools.
• Document actions taken in daily activity reports or incident reports.
• Support staffing within the operation while on shift.
