This position is located in Moorestown, NJ. We are hiring a Control Account Coordinator Intern for this coming summer 2026.

Requirements

• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required
• This position requires the successful applicant to obtain and maintain the required security clearance or other authorization(s) within the necessary timeframe required by applicable contract(s)
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration from an accredited university
• Coursework in areas including finance, accounting, project management
• Experience working in a team environment
• Good written and spoken communication including developing technical documentation
• Ability to work on-site in Moorestown, NJ full-time in the summers with possible part-time work (5 or more hours) during the school year

Nice To Haves

• Prior internship or experience in program management, project management, business operations/finance, or a related field
• Experience with aerospace, defense, or industrial sectors
• Familiarity with MS Office suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and controlling of project finances through engagement with project managers, business managers and functional managers
• Assist in tracking, perform analysis, and find trends in project cost data utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Support the development of formal presentations for the customer and internal management
