Requirements

Requires working knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college
Requires four (4) years of experience working in the development and implementation of policies, rules, regulations, and laws related to the administration of Illinois Child Support Services in compliance with Title IV-D of the Social Security Act
Requires the ability to pass a background check prior to employment
Requires the ability to utilize and maintain state issued equipment such as a laptop
Requires availability to work standard business hours

Nice To Haves

Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience evaluating, writing, interpreting, and communicating state and federal policies, rules, regulations, and laws
Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience working on complex child support policies, rules, regulations, and laws
Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience drafting administrative rules related to Child Support Services
Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience analyzing child support case information and details
Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience developing and implementing child support programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience creating or enhancing job aids, process maps, forms, manuals, and help expert messaging
Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with PEGASUS
