About The Position
Qualcomm is seeking a professional to manage the full contract lifecycle from inception of an agreement through contract closure. The role involves preparing and reviewing contracts, including master agreements, statements of work, renewals, amendments, and other similar agreements. The successful candidate will negotiate legal terms with suppliers, secure necessary approvals from internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, and update the Contract Management System while maintaining a centralized file storage system.
