About The Position
As a member of the Contracts Management team at Defense Unicorns, the Contract Specialist, in coordination with the Contracts Manager and General Counsel, interfaces with a motivated team of Unicorns and Mission Heroes in fast-paced environments. The Contracts Management team is responsible for providing cradle-to-grave contract and subcontract support along with contributions to proposal efforts, all in support of various contract types for government and commercial customers. Types of contracts include FAR/DFARS-based Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) and non-traditional vehicles such as SBIR/STTRs, GSA MAS, and Tradewinds. Support of these contracts involves working closely with teams across Defense Unicorns and customer organizations.
