About The Position

Draft and review multiple types of contract agreements; Manage contract data for timeliness, accuracy, and quality; Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date contract files; Negotiate and correspondence with subcontractors and clients; Monitor contract compliance; Assist with quoting and closing business opportunities against managed contracts; Identify new RFP's and ensure all client requirements are being met on existing contracts/subcontracts; Negotiates with customers to draw up client contracts: Negotiating, extensions, terminations, and renegotiating contracts; Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in formulating bid proposals; Evaluates or monitors contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations; Approves or rejects requests for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules in accordance with internal policy

  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Critical thinking skills, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • High School Diploma, College Degree Preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of FAR & DFARS rules and regulations.
  • Experience in negotiation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
