About The Position

Details: Key Responsibilities: Partner with refinery stakeholders to support day-to-day procurement activities, including services sourcing and supplier management Lead and support sourcing events, including bid development, evaluation, and supplier selection Manage assigned contracts, including negotiating terms, renewals, and amendments Serve as a liaison between site stakeholders and central procurement/AES teams to ensure alignment and efficiency Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards Identify opportunities to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and mitigate risk

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, contracting, or supply chain experience
• Experience supporting contract negotiations and supplier management activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, GEP, or similar platforms
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong Influence skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting procurement within a refinery, oil & gas, or heavy industrial environment
• Familiarity with services-based procurement and contractor/vendor management
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results
