As a key player in our legal operations function, you will apply your contracting operations skills in an environment that values innovation and collaboration. iM Responsible For… Partnering with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, Sales) to drive efficient contract workflows and support business needs. Supporting the full lifecycle of commercial contracts (primarily NDAs and vendor / partner / sales contracts) from intake through execution and renewal. Optimizing our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, Ironclad, to help our contracting processes scale. Maintaining contract templates and related documentation. Creating systems for tracking contract status, key dates, obligations, and more. Recommending and implementing process improvements, automation, and best practices to streamline contracting operations. iM Qualified Because I Have… A minimum of two years in-house legal experience, ideally supporting the Legal or Procurement team at a SaaS or technology company. A Bachelor’s degree. Hands-on experience with a CLM system (Ironclad preferred) and e-signature tools. Experience developing or refining playbooks, templates, or process documentation. Basic familiarity with drafting or tailoring contract language (e.g., NDAs or amendments) using playbooks. Clear, confident communication and a collaborative mindset. Interest in how technology can elevate the work of legal professionals. Bonus Points If I Have... Experience using iManage. Experience using Asana or similar work management tools.
