About The Position

This is not a Billing or Accounts Payable/Receivable role. We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Contracts & Procurement Manager to strengthen our operational systems, support organizational planning, and ensure contract and procurement processes run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving day-to-day operations, coordinating across teams, and building reliable systems that help the organization function at its best. You will work closely with leaders across departments to support planning efforts, manage contract workflows, and contribute to operational improvements that keep our work moving forward.

Requirements

  • Experience in contracts management, procurement, business operations, or a related administrative or operational role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfort working with financial data, spreadsheets, and basic modeling.
  • Ability to synthesize information into clear summaries and actionable recommendations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting planning or operational projects within organizations with budgets of $10M–$50M is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, renewals, negotiations, coordinating reviews, and tracking deadlines.
  • Maintain organized systems for contract compliance, renewals, and documentation.
  • Support procurement processes to ensure efficiency, transparency, and alignment with organizational policies.
  • Manage a variety of operational contracts, including: Transportation contracts Facilities maintenance agreements One-time and ongoing business operations procurements
  • Lead multi-month planning efforts and translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear 3- to 5-year strategic plans.
  • Synthesize financial, programmatic, and stakeholder data into concise insights for executive decision-making.
  • Conduct qualitative analysis of focus groups, interviews, and board discussions to identify organizational priorities.
  • Contribute to financial and scenario models to assess program feasibility, growth opportunities, and resource needs.
  • Help prepare materials for leadership and board discussions.
