The expected pay range for this position is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. The Contracts Manager will lead the creation, negotiation, review, and compliance of customer, vendor, and partner agreements across Makse Group’s Workday Implementations, Application Management Services (AMS), and Built on Workday Marketplace applications. In this role, you will ensure all contractual obligations are clear, accurate, risk-mitigated, and aligned with our software and services offerings. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Product, Finance, and Customer Success teams to support new deals, renewals, application deployments, and strategic partnerships. This is a high-impact position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-scaling SaaS and enterprise technology environment with complex customer and partner ecosystems. This is a hybrid position, with regular in-office presence required at our Southlake, TX headquarters.

  • Manage the Contract Lifecycle Management of the company, by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including: Master Services Agreements, SaaS subscription agreements, Workday Marketplace partner agreements, Implementation and services Statements of Work (SOWs), Data processing agreements (DPAs) / security addendums, Supplier and subcontractor agreements
  • Maintain accurate contract records, versioning, renewal dates, obligations, and change requests.
  • Partner with Sales and Delivery to support pricing, deal structuring, and customer commercial terms.
  • Work with Product and Delivery teams to ensure contract terms align with application and services capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Finance on billing terms, payment schedules, and revenue recognition impacts.
  • Act as a key liaison with Legal (internal or external counsel) for contract escalations.
  • Ensure contractual terms comply with company policies, industry standards, and data privacy requirements (GDPR, SOC-related language, etc.).
  • Identify and flag contractual risks related to scope, liabilities, SLAs, data usage, or third-party integrations.
  • Support audit readiness through accurate and organized contract documentation.
  • Develop templates and standardized clauses for Marketplace apps, partner agreements, and SOWs.
  • Improve contract workflows within and involving the CRM, CLM and ERP.
  • Assist in maintaining the Contract Lifecycle Management system as the company scales.
  • Support onboarding for new Workday Marketplace app customers by validating contract readiness.
  • Provide clarity on terms, obligations, and scope throughout a customer’s lifecycle.
  • Support partner programs (Workday, payroll vendors, integrations partners) with required documentation and agreements.
  • 3+ years experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial negotiations.
  • Experience in software/SaaS, technology consulting, or enterprise services.
  • Strong understanding of commercial terms, licensing models, services agreements, and SOW structures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple agreements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting Workday partners, Workday Marketplace vendors, or enterprise platforms.
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws, software licensing, and cloud/SaaS contracting.
  • Experience with global customers or multi-region payroll/HR data considerations.
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management software in particular Evisort
