Epiq Solutions is rapidly expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead and manage contracting and related activities spanning government and commercial customer, supplier and subcontractor relationships. You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts, mitigating risk, and monitoring regulatory compliance (FAR, DFARS, etc.). You’ll act as a key partner to engineering, procurement, program management, and legal, enabling us to scale efficiently and responsibly.
