We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Contracts Manager to join our dynamic, growth-oriented team. Requirements

  • 5 or more years of contracts management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Government contracting, including GSA procedures and commercial contracts
  • Experience with multiple contract types (cost-reimbursable, T&M, FFP, fixed unit rate, hybrid)
  • Solid understanding of federal contracting regulations (FAR/DFARS)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (or equivalent experience)
  • U.S. work authorization required (no visa sponsorship)

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results

  • Experience in a compliance-focused role
  • Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree
  • Availability to work in Pacific Time Zone business hours

Responsibilities

  • Managing and documenting key contractual terms and conditions
  • Developing Prime Contract flowdowns for incorporation into subcontracts
  • Preparing contract briefs and maintaining the Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL)
  • Proactively communicating contract requirements to operational leaders and support teams
  • Assessing contractual risks and gaps, and recommending solutions to leadership
  • Administering large Federal Government ID/IQ contracts, task orders, and performance-based contracts
  • Negotiating contract and subcontract terms and conditions
  • Drafting and modifying contract and subcontract templates to meet business needs
  • Resolving contractual disputes, including preparation of Requests for Equitable Adjustment (REAs) and settlement proposals
  • Delivering timely, high-quality results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Supporting the development and continuous improvement of contracting policies, procedures, and processes
