Review, draft, and negotiate customer-facing commercial agreements, including SaaS subscription contracts, order forms, and amendments. Serve as a key business partner to the Sales organization, providing guidance to ensure deals align with SmartBear's risk tolerance and operational standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Deal Desk, and Security to facilitate deal approval and execution. Own and manage SmartBear's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) program (Ironclad), ensuring workflow optimization, data accuracy, and efficiency. Support ongoing operational initiatives across contracts, systems, and tools-including template maintenance, SOP updates, and training materials. Provide support for customer diligence, including RFP responses, supplier documentation, and compliance inquiries.
