Ibotta is seeking an experienced professional to serve as Contracts Manager on our legal team, reporting to our Senior Legal Counsel, and to contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of contract expertise and business acumen, and commitment to our Company mission. With a focus on supporting our procurement and revenue teams, the Contracts Manager will play a crucial role in drafting and negotiating high volumes of contracts with our vendors and brand partners, as well as managing our contract lifecycle management tools and repository. This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

  • Review, redline, and manage a high volume of contracts, including master services agreements, statements of work, and order forms with our vendors, customers, and partners
  • Collaborate with Ibotta’s cross-functional procurement committee and revenue teams to turn contracts quickly and efficiently
  • Proactively identify and resolve contract issues, escalating when necessary
  • Input and track contract data in Ibotta’s tools and drive alignment across platforms
  • Ensure agreements and transactions with customers and partners comply with Ibotta’s policies and applicable laws
  • Optimize, manage, and enhance Ibotta’s contract management lifecycle policies, procedures, and tools
  • Roll up your sleeves to take on tasks both big and small with low ego and a collaborative approach

  • 4-6 years of contract management or legal operations experience in a fast paced environment
  • Proven understanding of contract terms, legal language, and the redlining process
  • Comfortable pushing back and negotiating when needed
  • Ability to identify operational inefficiencies, develop solutions, and implement process improvements
  • Experience with Google G-Suite; experience with Ironclad and Salesforce a bonus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, and ability to develop a strong rapport and working relationship with cross-functional colleagues
