Alkami is seeking candidates for a Contracts Manager opening. The successful candidate will be a key part of Alkami's Legal Team and work closely with Sales, Finance and other business critical groups within Alkami. Preference will be given to candidates located in the state of Texas allowing closer proximity to the Alkami headquarters.

Responsible for review and drafting of standard Alkami contract documents for Alkami Sales, Partner and Vendor contracts
Providing guidance on contractual rights and obligations
Management of Alkami's internal contract system
Provision of support for continuous improvement to contract templates processes
Coordination with Sales throughout the contract process
Other responsibilities as may be requested

1-3 years of contract management experience with a software company or other technology related field
Familiarity and documented experience with SaaS/Cloud contracts will be given preference

Time management, attention to detail, and a persistent yearning to learn and work is critical for long term success in this role
Familiarity with Google Suite (Doc, Sheets, etc.) will be helpful
Ability to work well with others to achieve collective goals
Comfortable working independently while timely addressing client needs
Ability to handle a consistent level of high demand
