About The Position
Amazon's Legal Department is seeking a Contracts Manager to support the AWS Real Estate team. This role involves managing contracts related to AWS's worldwide data center expansion, including drafting and negotiating service agreements, lease amendments, and other real estate documents. The Contracts Manager will provide day-to-day contracting advice, manage outside counsel, and drive process improvements in real estate transactions.
