The Missile Defense Programs (MDP) Contracts Manager will lead a team of geographically dispersed contracts management professionals supporting existing and future contracts with domestic customers. Requirements

Leadership experience
FAR / DFARS knowledge
Experience working with Government Contracts or any other type of contracts

Nice To Haves

Experience with different Contract Types FFP or FPIF or CPAF or CPFF or T&M or any other contract types
Leadership (management) experience
10 years or more of contracts management professional experience
Ability to provide leadership, coaching, mentorship, and support to members of the team in a fast-paced environment
Significant experience with USG procurement regulations in all aspects of the contract life cycle including proposals, administration, and close-out.
Significant contracting or negotiation or management experience with or within various Government agencies
Experience negotiating with both internal and external customers to support business objectives
Significant experience with USG procurement regulations or FAR/DFARS and/or other transaction authority (OTAs) in all aspects of the contract life cycle
