We are looking for a Part-Time Contracts Lawyer who will work roughly 3-10 hours/week managing ad-hoc requests focused on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts. They ensure contracts are legally sound, compliant with regulations, and protect company interests. They may also help resolve disputes or assist in litigation involving contracts. You will be the primary contact for any and all contract types including Delivery, Payment, Employment, Liability, etc. You will have the opportunity to convert to a permanent, full-time position at some point in the future if it is mutually beneficial. This role will be fully remote and you will work on an as-needed basis from your home location.
