About The Position

Contracts Intern The Opportunity: Assist with preparing, reviewing, and organizing contract documentation such as NDAs, subcontract agreements, modifications, and task orders. Support contract data entry, tracking, and archival activities within internal systems, while also conducting research on regulatory requirements, contract terms, and industry standards. Help to develop summaries of contract requirements, deliverables, and lead a strategic project to optimize internal processes and procedures. Participate in cross‑functional meetings, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and perform other administrative tasks associated with contract files and reporting. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of contract management, procurement, or compliance processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration, Government, Political Science, Supply Chain, or Finance field by Spring 2027
  • U.S. citizenship is required
