Supports the contracting process of VNS Health and its affiliates. Maintains the daily workflow of VNS Health vendor contract lifecycle. Works under general supervision.
Updates and maintains the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system to ensure contractual records are organized and up to date.
Reviews and extracts data from contracts and populates information into the CLM and ensures all information is updated appropriately.
Addresses questions raised by VNS Health users regarding the completion of contractual documentation and follows up on outstanding items, as appropriate.
Collaborates with the Contract Manager in updating the contracting process user guide and other procedural documents and/or forms.
Collaborates with the Contract Manager regarding the preparation of training materials on contracting processes and best practices.
Assists the Contract Manager in the delivery of training to VNS Health users.
Drafts agreements, including but not limited to Non-disclosure Agreements, Business Associate Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements and amendments thereto using VNS Health templates.
Conducts initial redlines prior to legal counsel review.
Responds to internal and external audit requests pertaining to VNS Health contracts.
Acts as liaison between VNS Health business owners and Legal; monitors movement of contract and responds to questions from both groups.
Participates in weekly touchpoint meetings with internal legal counsel to discuss new and existing contracts requests and any other outstanding items.
Reviews new contract requests in CLM; works with VNS Health business owners to refine request details as needed.
Serves as ongoing contract lifecycle resource to business users.
Serves CLM administrator. Grants users access to CLM.
Uploads revised Legal Request Form, Legal templates, and VNS Health Legal Tracking Process to SharePoint.
Supports the VNS Health Legal team with document production requests.
Provides litigation support to the VNS Health Legal team.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in business, health administration, public policy, or a related discipline required.
Minimum of one year business support/administrative experience, including contract administration required.
Demonstrated strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills required.
Attention to detail required.
Proficiency working with databases, as well as with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint required.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment required.
