Requirements

  • Experience in complex service contracts and reporting on contractor performance
  • Experience in risk assessment/expenditure tracking
  • Experience with Federal contracting regulations and flow down requirements (2 CFR 200)
  • Experience in organizational monitoring and management/project management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite products or other project management tools
  • Ability to work under pressure, under tight deadlines, and manage conflicting priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study
  • 3 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school, or in job-related duties

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in government or nonprofit
  • Familiarity with grants and federal funding

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, at high level, the compliance and monitoring of agency contracts and performance metrics related to department contracts.
  • Interpret and ensure contract policies and procedures are followed by departments.
  • Assist with contract administration.
  • May also perform contract data entry activities as needed to expedite contracts.
  • Perform procurement-related activities as it pertains to contracts.
  • May also be required to train agency personnel in contracting procedures. Provide guidance and assistance to other employees as required.
  • Perform other related duties as required/assigned.
